The Event sector of TEKKEN SECURITY has vast experience in the area of events and festivals, having directed security operations at “Electric Picnic, “The Cork Jazz Festival”, “The Milk Festival”, “The Meteor Awards”, “The TV Now Awards”, and many more.

TEKKEN SECURITY Event Management assists Event Administrators to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for their guests by implementing the event policies and procedures. Crowd Management duties include contributing to the safety of the event, managing the movement and activities of the crowd and guests, assisting in emergencies, assisting guests in a polite manner who may have specific concerns relating to their enjoyment and comfort.

Our Event Security Officers duties:
	Welcome guests as they arrive at the venue and assisting guests
	General crowd control including entry and exit points
	Ensuring alcohol is allowed in designated areas only
	Searches for alcohol/narcotics at access points and throughout the venue
	Risk Management/ Crowd Management Protocols
	Emergency Response putting emergency procedures into practice when necessary.
	Monitor closed areas of the venue and guard event vehicles and equipment.
	Guarding front of stage area to ensure no unauthorised access to stage or equipment
	Protection of artists
	Backstage Security
	Traffic Control
	Supervision of bars and stalls
	Liasing with local Gardai

Our event team undertake to provide our clients with a professional, experienced and well trained team of security officers. We provide all our officers with easily identifiable yellow high-viz jackets, with the TEKKEN SECURITY logo clearly visible. Supervisors will be identified by wearing orange high-viz jackets.
